	EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): EFT is fabulous! The underlying principal is that ‘the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system’. It is a very gentle, non-invasive technique which makes use of the concept of meridians of energy and pressure points, as in acupuncture. The main difference is – there are no needles! You simply tap on certain pressure points with your finger-tips. This technique is especially effective for collapsing emotional issues, blockages, old emotional baggage (such as grief, poor self-concept) or post traumatic stress which is holding you back and keeping you in a ‘stuck’ place. In many cases it has also been very effective in helping to break addictions such as smoking, and collapsing fears and phobias too. EFT can be used in a very positive way too, to help bring about abundance, for example. EFT can release negative emotions and liberate you so that you can truly be the person you are meant to be, reaching your full potential. Session lasts 1hr, cost £55.
