Louise is a fully qualified Body Control Instructor, a member of Exercise Professionals Level 3 Advanced Instructor and has worked with both Osteopaths and Physiotherapists in this area.
She is passionate about Pilates and the benefits it can bring from regular sessions having first taken up Pilates herself after suffering a back injury years ago.

Pilates is a proven exercise technique developed over 70 years ago by Joseph Pilates. For years it has been a well-kept secret within the worlds of sport, the performing arts and the preserve of the rich and famous. Thankfully Pilates is now more widely available through the Body Control Pilates method.
It is supported by Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and many Doctors are now recommending it to their patients. Pilates lengthens strengthens and realigns the body by working on key postural movements.

Pilates is suitable for all from the first time exerciser to the top athlete. It is also suitable for back and neck pain suffers along with many other ailments including sport injuries, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, repetitive strain injury, stress related illnesses and ME.
