Sarah has worked in the health & fitness industry for over 20 years and the move into holistic therapy seemed a natural progression with disciplines such as yoga and pilates becoming so popular. After training at Raworth college and gaining their Reflexology Practitioner Diploma, alongside ITEC qualifications, Sarah has been successfully working as a reflexologist and is very pleased to be joining the team at Quest.

REFLEXOLOGY REVEALED: Reflexology dates back to Ancient Egypt and was also practiced in India, China & by Native Americans. In recent years it has been brought to Europe and is now a well established and respected complementary therapy. The application of manual pressure to specific reflex points on the feet/hands, which correspond to all parts of the body can induce deep relaxation, encourage the body's own healing and calm both body & mind. Reflexology can be used as a form of preventative health care, an indulgent way to de-stress and may also bring relief to a range of acute and chronic conditions.
