Meditation helps you to relax, sort out your thoughts and restores peace and clarity.

The approach I use to meditation is simple and easily learnt and it leads to relaxation and a peaceful, clear mind. I support you as you create your own daily practice of meditation and after the Course I offer on-going support with monthly drop-in sessions.
A daily 10-20 minute practice of meditation gives you many benefits including reduction in stress and improvement in stress-related conditions such as high blood pressure, tension headaches and sleeping problems. Meditation clears your thoughts, encourages the natural, gentle release of old emotional issues and enhances your sense of well-being giving you the clarity you need to tackle life. .
This Course is for Young Adults of 18+
Gillian has been practicing meditation for 10 years and is an experienced teacher and group facilitator. She is also a mentor in a volunteer scheme for teenagers at a local school.
