This is a five week Course for those who have already attended Gillian’s Beginner’s Course. It is designed to help you to deepen and strengthen your meditation practice. It will also introduce you to additional meditation approaches and to the practices of self awareness and self reflection. Numbers are kept small for maximum benefit.
