Thermo Auricular Therapy also known as Hopi Ear Candles
£35 for 45 minute treatment which includes a massage.
It is the Hopi Indians of north-east Arizona also known as the Happy People that lend their name to the treatment. They used candles in medicinal ceremonies and initiations to clear negative energies from the head and aura.
The Hopi Ear Candles used in the treatment sessions are Biosun candles. These are one of the only EU standard candles on the market. They are specially designed with a safety filter and a red line marked on them to designate the maximum burn level. Biosun candles are made from linen, pure beeswax, honey extract, and essential oil of St John's Wort’s chamomile and sage and Beta-Carotene.
After the ear has been treated a gentle massage will follow to enhance the effects of the candle, then to conclude this treatment a wonderful shoulder neck face & head massage will leave you feeling totally relaxed and invigorated.
A massage sequence to the face and neck follows the application of the ear candles as this holistically completes the treatment.
Aims of the massage
The neck and face massage, which follows the application of the candles, has many aims including:
