Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that the entire body is mirrored in the feet. Traditionally pressure is applied with fingers/thumbs to specific reflex points in order to help correct imbalances and release blocked energy. In Hot Stone Fusion additional application of stones to massage or apply pressure, enhances the reflexology treatment, (although usually warm somethimes cold stones are used as well).

Heat: brings blood & oxygen to areas needing to heal and restore rebalance.

Cold: is also theraputic and used where energy in a reflex is excessive or elevated.

The basalt stones are formed from volcanic lava and have a high mineral content allowing them to retain heat well & melt tension away!
