Learn to Meditate and Relax with Gillian Lenane
New 6 Week Course Starting Wednesday 4th April until 16th May (excluding 2nd May )

Gillian teaches a simple and easily learnt approach to meditation that is so beneficial for your health and peace of mind. This Course will also support you in the creation of your own daily practice of meditation. After the Course on-going support is offered in the form of monthly drop-in sessions.
A daily 20 minute practice of meditation gives you many benefits including reduction in stress and improvement in stress-related conditions such as high blood pressure, tension headaches, lowering of cholesterol levels and sleeping problems. Meditation enhances your sense of well-being and also facilitates spiritual development and the natural release of old emotional baggage that leaves you feeling clearer and more peaceful.
