Sitting in stillness and just allowing the body to rest is so beneficial to our health and peace of mind. Yet, in this busy world, the art of sitting in stillness has been forgotten by so many of us. This Course is for everyone who wants a regular practise of Stillness Meditation that will enhance their life, reduce stress, improve sleep patterns, create emotional and physical balance and facilitate spiritual development.
 
This is a simple and easily learnt form of meditation. You will be guided to notice and welcome everything that you are feeling and experiencing in the moment. This calms your mind and allows your whole body to slip into deep relaxation. Resting in this Stillness allows participants to access their own place of inner peace and calm. 
 
This Course also supports you in the creation of your own regular meditation practice at home so that you will continue to experience the many benefits.
