As well as being a mum, I’m an avid traveller and you can find me and my family sharing our time between the UK and South East Asia. A true 90s baby - between the joys of parenting, I enjoy laughing at stupid memes, playing the sims and reading - I've found myself partaking in the occasional crossword which (even though I have to cheat sometimes) fills me with happiness. Coffee, lie-ins and the sea are glorious to me - finding those glimmers of joy in the (sometimes tedious) routine of daily life is truly wonderful. 

I would love to help you to find what makes life worth living, what brings you purpose and enjoyment - even if it's just popping a pod in the Nespresso machine every morning!

The therapeutic relationship is a really important part of sessions, getting to know my clients at a level which is professional yet compassionate and collaborative is such a privilege.  Professionally you can rest assured in the fact that abide to the BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) Ethical Framework, I also see a clinical supervisor to ensure I am serving you the best I can.

Alongside my private practice I worked with YMCA East Surrey as a youth counsellor from 2019 – Dec 2023. The YMCA provides counselling services for young people aged 11 – 24 from a wide variety of backgrounds. I also have a years experience of volunteer counselling at ‘Care To Listen in Croydon’.
