Shipping policy

All orders received before 4pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) and we promise we will do our best to dispatch any orders received after 4pm the same day as well. You can choose either first or second class postage.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order.  All shipping charges are shown before you check out so there are no hidden charges.

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within our target deadline, we will keep you informed by phone or e-mail.
