We want you to feel totally comfortable shopping with us. If something doesn’t work out, no worries, we’ll help you sort it quickly and smoothly. Our returns policy is simple, customer-friendly.
Easy 30-Day Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and unwashed
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll handle everything and make it right at no cost to you.
You’ll receive:
- A free return label
- A replacement or a full refund
Refunds
After your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Typical processing time:
- 1-2 business days after we receive the item
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it
Shipping charges (if any) are normally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (damage, defect, wrong item) → we cover return shipping.
- For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.) → customers cover return shipping.
No restocking fees — ever.
